This spring, we're welcoming visitors with exclusive in-store offers not available online. Our Factory Shop, located within the historic Middleport Pottery in the heart of the Staffordshire Potteries, is home to one of the largest selections of Burleigh seconds available anywhere.
Spread across the ground floor, you'll find shelves brimming with seconds pottery—beautiful pieces with minor imperfections that don’t meet our first-quality standard, but still handcrafted by hand using our traditional methods.
Whether you're topping up your collection or just discovering Burleigh for the first time, now is the perfect occasion to visit. Our friendly staff are always on hand to help, and we offer UK delivery for those unable to carry larger purchases home.

You can purchase Burleigh in a number of ways. If you can't make a trip to Middleport Pottery you can buy online with a dedicated team of staff ready to pack orders. You can also order from The Factory Shop via email and phone, please see contact details above. Our selection varies on a weekly basis so please contact us beforehand to make sure we have stock of specific products.
Visit the Burleigh Factory Shop in Stoke-on-Trent, where we stock the widest selection of Burleigh pottery in the world. It is located in a 1930s wing of the Middleport Pottery, to the right of the main entrance.

Seconds and Clearance Items
On the ground floor, you'll find a vast selection of exclusive seconds items, which have been discounted by 30% due to slight cosmetic imperfections. We also offer discontinued items with up to 70% off RRP. We also sell best, second-grade and discontinued spare parts and accessories such as lids and ladles.
Upstairs at Burleigh
We recently reinstated upstairs as our Burleigh Showroom, displaying a wide range of best Burleighware. This area is also home to inspirational displays which change with the seasons. We arrange for local craftspeople to design and make the fixtures and furniture here to ensure the space is sympathetic to its historical surroundings.
Mail Order
We are able to arrange worldwide delivery of any in-store purchases, so that you don't need to make room in your suitcase. Items will be expertly packed and sent using a courier service. Ask in-store for more details.
